Toronto’s Sustainable Dim Sum festival returns this March

Sustainable Dim Sum is taking over Toronto City Hall this spring!

Now in its sophomore year, attendees at this food fest will receive a passport to try each mouth-watering dim sum on offer from a collection of top Toronto chefs and restaurants.

The evening of all-out yum cha takes place on March 6 at the Rotunda at City Hall and is presented by Drink Inc.Live Green Toronto, and Ocean Wise.

While the line-up of participating vendors has yet to be announced, look forward to dim sum creations (think dumplings, steamed buns, and rolls) spotlighting local and sustainable ingredients from food partners including Ocean Wise, Yorkshire Valley FarmsGreenbelt Micro GreensC-fu Foods, and Bio-sposables, as well as sustainable wines, beers and ciders.

Tickets are $55 and inclusive of all food and drink samples as well as re-usable bamboo chopsticks to take home.
