Toronto Rib, Bacon and BBQ Fest is on over Labour Day weekend
Hogtown is going hog wild! The Toronto Rib, Bacon and BBQ Festival is taking over Downsview Park over Labour Day weekend and is promising a massive Ribfest bolstered by the addition of vendors specializing in bacon and barbecue as well.
More than a dozen food vendors will serve up everything from Jamaican BBQ to corn on the cob. Meanwhile, competitions will be for the “Best Ribber” as well as categories including best, ribs, sauce, pulled pork, bacon-inspired dish, funnels cakes, and desserts.
In addition to eating, attendees can look forward to an outdoor festival featuring live music, midway rides, bouncy castles, rock climbing, beer, wine, and spirits tents, and more family-friendly fun.

Price: General admission is $5. Kids under 12 are Free
