Toronto is getting its first Poke Week

Poke shops popped up at a frenetic pace across Toronto this summer and now CraveTO has introduced an easy way to get a thorough tasting and discover which shops are doing the very best Polynesian raw fish dishes.

Toronto Poke Week is on from Monday, November 7 to Sunday, November 13, offering the opportunity for self-guided sampling with the purchase of a poke passport (on sale now for $15).

Seven Toronto poke purveyors are participating, dishing out $5 poke bowls to passport holders who are then encouraged to cast votes to determine the winner of the Golden Fin awarded to the peoples’ champion.
