The City of Toronto is launching its third photography contest, and you’re invited to participate.

Celebrating “Our Common Grounds” this year’s Snap & Share photo contest runs from May 15 to July 31, and Torontonians are invited to share photos of parks, ravines and recreation programs where residents come together as a community.

An expert panel of judges, including Nikon Ambassadors Kristian Bogner and Neil Ever Osborne, will be selecting the contest winners, who will be notified in September. Prizes include a Nikon D5600 kit with body and an 18-55mm lens, three COOLPIX L840 cameras with 38x optical zoom, eight Nikon COOLPIX A10 cameras with 5x optical zoom and weekly prizes.

Winning photographs will also be exhibited at City Hall and other civic centres, featured on the City’s website and used in various publications and communication materials. Previous year’s entries have been featured on TTC shelters, the City’s social media feeds and the Toronto.ca website.

More information about this year’s contest and how to submit is available online.
