Brampton New Year’s Eve Bash
What: Just west of Toronto in downtown Brampton at Garden Square, residents will be able to enjoy live entertainment, interactive demonstrations and fun-filled activities for the young and young at heart. There will even be two firework shows: one at 9 pm for those with early bedtimes and one at midnight for the night owls.

New Year’s Eve at the Library
What: For those with little tykes who can’t stay up until midnight, select public libraries will be hosting an afternoon New Year’s party. There’ll be lots of activities and plenty of fun!

Nutcracker
What: Ever since its premiere in St. Petersburg in 1892, The Nutcracker has been an integral part of Christmas celebrations worldwide. Choreographed by James Kudelka, the National Ballet of Canada’s rendition of the Nutcracker is a spectacular event for the entire family and the perfect way to cap off the year.

Eat to Feed TO – The NYE Socially Good Dining Experience

Toronto Midnight New Year’s Eve Run
What: Lace up your sneakers and pack up the family and kick off the new year on a healthy note. Ideal for all ages (as long as you can stay up past midnight), this 5K run will begin on the stroke of midnight and be followed with a post race party.
