This popular Toronto Mediterranean spot is opening a new location on December 6
Toronto north of Bloor has been booming lately.
From various varieties of fried chicken to soufflé pancakes, uptown is getting more delicious by the day. Now, Mediterranean favourite Byblos will be joining the party on December 6.
Taking over the space that used to be North44, the sharing-style spot is bringing along favourites like the Turkish manti dumplings, house-made labneh and wood-fired pides.

Beyond the food, guests can also anticipate a beautiful environment and atmosphere.
“Where traditional technique meets modern form, guests enter through a 19-foot archway and are embraced by graphic handmade tapestries from Marrakech, woven light fixtures, and dozens of authentic Persian rugs,” says Alessandro Munge, Principal of the design company behind the new space.
The cocktail bar features terracotta tiles and warm wood textures, combining sophistication with a welcoming atmosphere.
The new spot will be open seven days a week. That means you can get your fill of labneh and cool ambiance on any day ending in Y.
