It's going to feel close to 40ºC in Toronto over the long weekend

Although it feels like a brisk fall morning in Toronto, the weather will take a turn by Friday, and it’s going to feel close to 40ºC with the humidex this long weekend.

According to the Weather Network, temperatures are supposed to reach the high 20s, but it will be hot – feeling more like 39ºC on both Sunday and holiday Monday.

By Wednesday, the humidex will rise back to our familiar 40ºC.

While it is hot, some showers are expected throughout the next week.

Looks like maybe some relief will be on its way soon. Thursday is ‘only’ forecasting a humidex value of 32ºC.
