Do the bells on an ice cream truck make you want to give chase?

Well, since we all know how much better it would be if you could summon a truck straight to your door instead, Uber is introducing Free Cone Fridays to do just that.

Launching on August 11 and continuing every Friday this summer (until September 22), Toronto will be the only Canadian city eligible to take part in the promotion that will match Uber riders with an ice cream truck destined straight for their front door.

Torontonians can select UberICECREAM from the Uber app between 11 am and 3 pm and if matched, can look forward to an ice cream truck rolling up and dishing out up to 5 free ice cream cones to each location.

The ice cream man is coming!!!
