It’s the first weekend of fall in Toronto but don’t assume this city is ready to hibernate.

CF Collective: Gourmet Market

The chef-led food hall spends the first weekend of fall outdoors with an open-air market featuring some of McEwan’s most popular purveyors. Expect to see McEwan serving up poke and BBQ while other vendors include the Cheese Boutique, Death in Venice Gelato, Better than Yia Yia’s, Fabbrica Restaurant, and more.

Eating Italy: A Delicious Journey Through Italian Cuisine

In this six-week course, Dr. Franco Gallippi explores the history and cultural significance of some of Italy’s most famous dishes as examined through Italian cinema and literature.

Chef’s Harvest Garden Party

Taking place in the lush, 14,000 square foot gardens at Thistletown Collegiate Institute in Etobicoke, The Chef’s Harvest Garden Party aims to raise funds towards a food-focused student trip to Spain and will feature 10 tapas food stations helmed by top chefs from across the GTA.

People’s Pint Small Batch Beer Festival

20+ small batch beers get together for this festival featuring unique brews like Roasted Sweet Potato Belgian Blonde, Salted Caramel Stout, and Lavender and Apricot Saison. Also look forward to beer-friendly foods from the kitchen at 3030.
