Lunchtime Yoga at Sony Centre

Free Barre Fitness Classes
What: If you want to try a fun new way to break a sweat, the Sony Centre is offering free barre fitness classes this month. Barre fitness classes are a blend of pilates, dance, cardio and core strength training, that will help you reshape your body as you work up a sweat in a high energy and fun class set to music.

Friends Trivia Night

Taco Battle
