Which means it’s time to share the can’t miss events happening this week.

From the one of a kind art festival known as Luminato to a FREE outdoor screening of The Sandlot at CityPlace, these are your top 6 in the 6ix for the week!

The Stop Night Market

What: This incredible night market will transform a vacant lot in the Lower Junction into a vibrant open-air marketplace complete with one-of-a-kind food carts and open bars if you’re looking to enjoy a cocktail or two. The event boasts over 70 talented chefs and 20 local beverage vendors hawking freebies over two nights with proceeds going towards The Stop’s work to “build healthier, more connected, and more self-determined communities,” so you’ll be stuffing your face for a good cause.

Luminato Festival

What: From June 14 to 25, Toronto will be covered in art of all kinds thanks to Luminato, one of the largest arts festivals in North America. Make sure to visit the festival’s website, as you can plan your own unique festival experience based on genre, cost, location, and experience. Attendees need to check out The Famous Spiegeltent during Luminato which is an intimate performance space for music, theatre, spoken word, and cabaret.

Taste Toronto

What: Calling all foodies, this weekend Garrison Common at Fort York will be transformed into a foodie wonderland as the World’s Greatest Restaurant Festival returns for four days of fantastic food, drink and summer fun. Here you’ll find over 20 of the city’s latest, greatest and most exciting restaurants who will be serving up 80 taster-sized signature dishes.
