Toronto's Cluep acquired by leading grocery sales marketing agency

Toronto-based company Cluep has been acquired by Impact Group —a leading grocery sales and marketing agency that works with over 700 companies.

Founded in 2012 by Karan WaliaAnton Mamonov and Sobi Walia, Cluep is an artificial intelligent mobile digital advertising platform that targets consumers based on their social sharing patterns on how they are sharing and where they have been.

Cluep currently has business in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and India.

Impact group’s acquisition of Cluepis the direct response to ongoing market shifts in retail and grocery as many companies are thinking their approach to marketing and how they reach consumers in the digital space.

Cluep will continue operating as a separate division under their current brand and will move forward using Impact Group’s sales, marketing, and merchandising expertise and value-added service offerings.
