Toronto's weather could break 24-year-old record high tomorrow

Feb 19 2018, 11:22 pm

It seems Toronto’s weather pattern isn’t paying much attention to the calendar.

Despite being in mid-February, the temperature tomorrow will make it feel more like spring.

According to Environment Canada, the warmest February 20 was in 1994, when temperatures reached 12.4°C as a high in Toronto.

But this February 20, aka tomorrow, the forecast is calling for a high of 15°C, which means it has a chance of breaking the nearly 24-year-old warmth record.

Either way, the first workday this week will feel like spring, although it will also be very rainy. We’ll take it over Vancouver’s latest snowfall.

Make sure you grab your umbrellas, get outside, and let’s hope we hit that record!
