You can try Barre Fitness classes in Toronto for free this month

If fitness is on your 2017 resolutions, the Sony Centre’s free classes got you covered.

Besides yoga and martial arts, the Centre is offering free Barre Fitness classes in January.

Barre is a work out that combines pilates, dance, cardio and core strength training. It reshape the body into that of a dancer’s, with an emphasis on posture and alignment. It’s a high energy workout that will make you sweat to fun music.

The Barre classes run on Tuesdays throughout January, and registration is now open. Be sure to bring your water and your mat!
