Get ready to rock your shorts and flipflops, we’ve got a warm weekend ahead of us.
Just kidding.
Okay, maybe it’s not going to be warm enough for shorts, but this weekend will, in fact, be the warmest since mid-November.
According to Environment Canada, on Saturday, we’re going to see mainly cloudy skies and a high of 6°C. By evening, the temperature will drop slightly to a low of 1°C.
The warm-ish temperatures will linger through Sunday, as Toronto will have a high of 4°C with periods of rain, which will drop down to -1°C by evening.
The warm weather couldn’t come at a better time, as there are a number of great outdoor events happening this weekend including the second annual Toronto Light Fest in the Distillery District and the winter art exhibit Ice Breakers.
Or there are always plenty of heated patios in the city to hit up.
Whatever you get up to, enjoy the warm weather (while it lasts) and have a great weekend!
