Yesterday afternoon, Toronto Mayor John Tory met with members of the Suicide Squad.

Will Smith, Margot Robbie, and director David Ayer were all in town to cut the ribbon on a Suicide Squad fan experience in the Distillery District.

The exhibit, open today and tomorrow (July 27 & 28) from 1 pm -10 pm, is co-sponsored by Audi and has transformed the Fermenting Cellar into the fictional Belle Reve Penitentiary from the DC Comics universe.

The space will showcase Suicide Squad props that include the Deadshot jail cell, the iconic Belle Reve mural wall, Harley Quinn’s bat, Joker’s cane, and more.

What’s more – and what’s definitely most fun – is the chance to enter the “Harley Quinn Smash Cell,” an activation that is as literal as it is amazing. Created in collaboration with Battle Sports (home of the Rage Room and Archery Dodgeball), you get the chance to strap on a safety suit, pick up Harley Quinn’s bat, and smash the sh*t out of some glass vases and bottles.

It’s there way of making you “feel good being bad.” We’re in.

And in case you’ve somehow missed all the promos, Suicide Squad opens nationwide on both IMAX and regular screens on Friday, August 5.
