While an opening date is still TBA, recipe testing posted to Instagram by Chef Jasper Wu features potential plates of “Sichuan Mouthwatering Chicken,” lobster mapo tofu, and sesame dandan with spicy ground pork and doubanjiang.
Meanwhile, the bar will offer “drinks of all flavours, mostly wine” along with craft cocktails, local beers, and spirits, and an event space is already being billed for private bookings and music and art events.
