Rosé wines are having a moment in Toronto this summer but now there’s an all-new pink drink. Toronto’s Brickworks Ciderhouse is launching a Brickworks Rosé Cider that’s being billed as “a wine alternative for Canadian rosé lovers.”

Served in a wine glass “ensuring the delicate aromas and beautiful blush rose colour shines through,” the new, fruit-based brew is just the latest offering from the Toronto-based cider-makers that uses locally sourced apples found within a 300 km radius of their east end Toronto location.

Rosé cider is launching at LCBO stores across Ontario as well as at the Queen and Broadview ciderhouse that is set to debut a brand new patio just later this month.
