Pusateri’s flagship fine foods store is just about ready to reopen.
The Avenue Road institution had been a neighbourhood fixture for almost 30 years but has been shuttered since August 2015 following a devastating fire.
The newly rebuilt retail space reopens on Thursday, November 17.

In addition to 15,000+ sq. ft. of gourmet groceries, upgraded features include a La Cucina demo area, rotisserie carving station, cafe, and full-service restaurant.
The newly reimagined space from Montreal’s GH+A design studio also boasts a “bolstered deli [selection]… expanded bread boutique and amplified assortment of prepared foods”.
In the meantime, the long awaited Saks Food Hall by Pusateri’s opens at the Eaton Centre on Thursday, November 10.
