It’s official: The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are coming to Canada on a royal tour.

The Prime Minister’s Office said Governor General David Johnston made the announcement Wednesday morning.

“This Royal Tour, the second undertaken by Their Royal Highnesses to Canada, also presents a unique opportunity for Canadians of all backgrounds to meet with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and learn more about our heritage, traditions, and institutions,” Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said in a statement.

The tour will take place sometime during fall of this year, and Trudeau said they’ll have more information as the time comes closer to the visit.

William and Kate last made an appearance in Canada in 2011 between June 30 and July 8, making stops in Ontario, Quebec, Prince Edward Island, the Northwest Territories, and Alberta. The royal couple helped launch the Calgary Stampede that year.

A spokesperson with Kensington Palace said the pair are “delighted” to be making a second Canadian visit.

“They hold very happy memories from their visit in 2011 – their first overseas tour as a married couple. They are really looking forward to seeing other parts of this beautiful country and having the opportunity to meet many more Canadians along the way.”

On this visit to Canada, however, they’ll likely be bringing two new guests along with them: their son, Prince George of Cambridge, and their daughter, Princess Charlotte of Cambridge.
