The world of sports has a new power couple.
Nashville Predators defenceman PK Subban (formerly of the Montreal Canadiens of course), and American Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn have made it official.
Subban and Vonn were each other’s date at the CMT Music Awards, which was held at PK’s place of business, Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, on Wednesday.
They were seen holding hands, and posing for photographs together.
With Carrie Underwood’s hockey-playing husband Mike Fisher retiring, the Subban-Vonn couple will be the most famous one at Predators team functions.
Both Subban and Vonn hold the distinction of being Olympic gold medal winners. The 33-year-old Vonn won gold and bronze at Vancouver 2010 in downhill and Super-G, respectively. She added another bronze medal in downhill in PyeongChang in February. Subban, 29, won gold with Team Canada at the 2014 Games.
This isn’t Vonn’s first time dating a famous athlete, as she was previously involved with Tiger Woods for about three years.
Both Subban and Vonn have a strong presence on social media and flooded their feeds with photos of each other on Thursday morning.
