Pilot Coffee Roasters opens a new outpost on Ossington
The faces behind the coffee bar might be familiar but this Ossington Village cafe has found a new home and adopted a new name.
Crafted Coffee, formerly located at 135 Ossington Avenue has slid down a few doors to 117 Ossington Avenue where it’s now going by the name Pilot Coffee Roasters.
While ownership remains the same, the newly opened cafe is bigger and better than ever and offers an abundance of seating, pour over bar, retail beans, and grab-and-go foods to go alongside the same local roasted and expertly brewed coffee as before.

The new location adds to Pilot’s growing number of Toronto locations, which also includes outposts in Leslieville and kiosks dotting the Financial District and inside Union Station.
