Nickelback return to Toronto for a concert this summer at the Budweiser Stage

Feb 2 2017, 1:39 am

He never made it as a wise man, but somehow he did as a rockstar.

And now, Chad Kroeger and his band will remind you of what you really are at their upcoming Toronto concert on June 27 at the Budweiser Stage (formally the Molson Amphitheatre.)

Because of you, Nickelback is back on the road with their “Feed the Machine Tour,” hitting several major cities across Canada.

Since forming in Alberta, in 1995, Nickelback sold over 50 million units, surprising considering many really got to know the band through countless memes. The Canadian band also served the country (kind of) last year when a local police service offered to play Nickelback to anyone caught drunk driving.

But hey, award-winning Nickelback is feelin’ way too damn good finishing up their ninth studio album Feed The Machine, which is set for release on Friday, June 9. And with more than 23 chart-topping singles, these guys show us what happens when we stand together.

And as every memory of lookin’ out the back door listening to Nickelback in early 2000s flood through, these rockstars return this year to make you believe again.

What are you waiting for?

Bottoms up.

And don’t forget to take a photograph. Because every time you do it will make you laugh.

And make sure to scream, “are we having fun yet?”
