Gourmands, get ready.

Oliver and Bonacini is opening a new restaurant in Toronto in the new year.

Slated for an early 2019 opening, Maison Selby is coming to the east side, on Sherbourne Street just south of Bloor.

Selby will join the roster of elegant restaurants O&B has brought to Toronto, including CanoeAuberge du Pommier, and Bannock.

The old-style building will feature stunning heritage interior design and will be home to an equally appealing menu.

The chefs will pay homage to the bistro and café genre of restaurant. With European-inspired dishes and a particular Parisian je ne sais quoi, the menu will offer reimagined and funky twists on timeless classics.

And of course, to keep up with the hustle and bustle of the neighbourhood, the new spot will also feature a wide variety of take-out options.

So you can enjoy your gourmet goods on the go.

Watch this space.
