It’s the end of an era. Honest Ed’s is finally being demolished.

Following a final blow-out farewell party earlier in the year and the preservation of at least one of the iconic light-up signs, the building at Bathurst and Bloor has been reduced to a pile of rubble.

Work has been underway since last week and videos and photos posted to social media show the former Toronto landmark being wiped off the map to make room for more condos.
