Cherry blossoms in High Park should continue to blossom this weekend

If you haven’t checked out the High Park cherry blossoms, you may still have a chance.

The sakura season has peaked over the last week, but there’s still time to check out the spring beauty (and take that Instagram photo.)

According to Sakura High Park’s page, if the rain holds off, there might be more blossoms opening up over the weekend.

“The rains originally called for today are set back to the evening so today is looking to be a great day to get out and visit High Park,” states the page. “The warmer weather today would be a big boost for the remaining stubborn cherry blossoms to open up so going into the weekend it’s looking good between today and Saturday.”

So there you have it. And this map should guide you through all the beauty.

Get ready to snap those prime spring shots!

And don’t forget, there’s a cherry blossom tunnel coming to the Beaches soon.

Either way, we’re definitely ready for spring in Toronto, and these blossoms clearly are too.
