This Toronto kitchen serves up an insane General Tao Pizza
If your cravings for comfort foods know no boundaries, then General Tao’s Pizza might be just thing to scratch all your seasonal urges for carbs, cheese, and Chinese food!
The epic mash-up munchie can be found on the menu from Martino, Toronto’s well established “Pizza & Asian Fusion Kitchen” at Dupont and Davenport.
Loaded with teriyaki tomato sauce, sweet and sour chicken, onions, and a medley of green and red peppers, it’s listed on the pizza menu alongside other freakish fusions like “Mexican Pizza” and Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza, as well as more sanctimonious Italian standards such as classic Margherita and Diavola pies.
Of course, pizza at Martino represents but a fraction of the menu. There’s also a pan-Asian array of noodles, stir-fries, and curries on offer too. Not to mention, the occasional General Tso Calzone special.
