There's a Furry Convention in Toronto this weekend

It might as well be the Teddy Bear’s Picnic because if you go out near the Westin Harbour Castle this weekend, you might just be in for a big surprise.

There’s an anthropomorphic event happening at the Harbourfront hotel this weekend and it’s a costumed affair for furry fans.

The event Facebook group boasts 3,000 attendees annually for a weekend packed full of programming that includes Furry improv, photobooths, dances, tea socials, dealer dens, parades, masquerades and panel discussions on super adorable subjects like Ponies and the Nation of Friendship and Plushie Making 101 .
