In October, enjoy plates from Cherry Street Bar-B-Que. Chef Lawrence La Pianta has been cooking barbecue for over two decades, perfecting the craft of traditional, wood-smoked BBQ. In 2016, expert Pitmaster Lawrence La Pianta opened Cherry Street Bar-B-Que, bringing what he calls “Toronto style barbecue” to the Toronto’s Portlands.
Cherry Street’s unique flavour profiles draw on a variety of regional styles and influences. Cherry Street proudly boast’s the name of Toronto’s best barbecue pit master in 2018 and serves dishes that are smoked and cured for days to bring out their natural flavour.
