Drake reportedly bought his neighbour's house to avoid noise complaints

We all hate noise complaints.

Some of us will give in and turn the music down. But Drake isn’t some of us.

According to reports, Drake dropped $2.85 million US (aka a lot more Canadian) last summer to purchase a 4,445-square-foot four bedroom home next door to his current seven bedroom property. Both of Aubrey Graham’s real estate investments are located in Hidden Hills, California.

This gives new meaning to his lyrics in Future’s “Where Ya At?” when he says, “I’ll buy the neighbors house if they complain about the noise.”

Drake showed us he truly keeps his word, like a proper Canadian.

And in case you’re wondering, his original $7.7 million property and his latest “guest house” are both pretty impressive. Check out some of the photos below.

Cool, maybe we can sing the words and end up with the neighbour’s place too?
