This is what Concord's lush garden party looked like last weekend (PHOTOS)

It’s not every day that you get to dress up for a garden party in Toronto.

However, on September 30, Concord hosted a garden-style party outside the North York Presentation Centre. And it oozed glamour.

This phenomenal derby-themed event aimed to provide a glimpse of the type of French garden-inspired landscapes the upcoming Saisons development will have. It featured bright floral pieces and a fountain section with deep green hues, the perfect backdrop for your Instagram feed.

Guests had the chance to put on their most elegant gowns, flamboyant fascinators, and dust off their old tux, for the most glamorous event of the year.

And it wouldn’t be a derby-themed event without some awards.

As an appreciation to the guests for their spirit in dressing in the themed attire, Concord is hosting two fashion contests on the Concord Park Place Facebook page.

The contestants who receive the most ‘likes’ in the categories of “Best Hat Contest” and the most ‘loves’ for “Best Dressed Contest” will each receive a trip for two to France – valued at $10,000 for each prize.
