This Ontario orchard is launching a weekly summer event devoted to hard cider

Apple picking might easily be among the most cherished fall-time traditions in Ontario and while many residences might fondly remember childhood trips to the farm, there’s now a whole new (and grown-up) reason to visit one local orchard before the harvest season even begins.

Chudleigh’s Farm in Halton Hills has just launched a new hard cider and to celebrate, the orchard is introducing Summer Cider Nights.

The new all-natural, unfiltered cider is available at the Silo Bar on the farm and is the centre of celebrations happening on Friday and Saturdays in July and August.

The hard cider is billed as crisp and refreshing, “like fresh-squeezed apple juice straight from the orchard, with just the right amount of kick,” and the weekly Summer Cider Nights offer the ideal chance to sip the newest offering in the evenings along with live music, food, wagon rides, and more.

Summer Cider Nights

When: Fridays and Saturdays in July and August, 4 pm to 10 pm
Where: Chudleigh’s, 9528 Regional Road 25, Halton Hills
