Skating through a frozen forest with a hockey stick is peak Canada (VIDEO)

Canadians love skating.

From the world’s largest naturally frozen skating rink in Ontario, to majestic Rocky Mountain lake skating, we simply can’t get enough during the winter.

And a video posted on social media on Sunday shows more skating love, this time in Nova Scotia.

The video comes from Berwick, NS, where the temperature is currently around -8Ā°C (aka usual winter weather).

Berwick is nestled in the heart of the Annapolis Valley, with just over 2000 residents living there, and clearly one of them is an avid skater.

The video, which is credited to a Jessy Dorothy Mae, is titled “How Canadians walk in the woods” and shows a skater making their way through a forest with a hockey stick.

Because Canada.

The best part about the video (besides the dog cameo) is possibly the videographer – who somehow manages to keep up, even with the jumps.
