Get your chopsticks ready, Toronto.

August 8, the new all-you-can-eat dim sum AND sushi restaurant that took over the former address of Lee Garden is officially open for business.

August 8 is a chain of AYCE restaurants out of Hamilton that first opened in 2008 and has since expanded to six locations spanning from Stoney Creek to Brampton. The incoming location in Chinatown is the restaurant’s first foray into Toronto.

Diners can enjoy traditional AYCE offerings including an expansive selection of sweet and savoury pan-Asian fare, like Cantonese-style dim sum, sushi, and other Japanese standards such as dishes from the teppanyaki grill.

Located in the heart of Chinatown, August 8 will be a welcome addition to the hotbed of culinary fusion that makes up the popular dining neighbourhood.
