Air Canada is expanding its flight service.

And if you live in Toronto and have always dreamed of a non-stop flight to Mumbai or Berlin (f*ck off, Frankfurt), you can stop dreaming and start buying tickets.

Beginning July 1, 2017, year-round service between Toronto and Mumbai will be offered three-times weekly on Air Canada’s Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. This marks the second non-stop option from Toronto to India after their Toronto-Delhi option.

Seasonal direct flights to Berlin, meanwhile, will begin operating on June 1, 2017 at the pace of four per week. Passengers will fly Air Canada’s Rouge service. The Toronto-Berlin flight will be the only non-stop Canadian option between the two cities.

All flights are available for sale immediately.

We randomly selected a two-week trip from Toronto to Mumbai at the beginning of July, 2017 and managed to find the direct return option for less than $1,500 with tax:

While another randomly selected ten-day trip around the same time to Berlin will run you just over $900. (Don’t freak out at the different pics, below is Air Canada’s new website that’s currently beta testing.)

For our money, Mumbai seems like the better deal right now. Either way, the option of having a direct flight will never make us unhappy.
