Well, Toronto’s AB8 Group has developed three homes in the York Mills and Bayview neighbourhood that include custom built furniture and your very own Porsche for a cool price tag of $4.5 million.

Listing agent David Shirazi Rad said the homes are unlike any other developed. “There are no other houses built like this.” Rad’s background is in architecture and design, and he said the new homes built by AB8 Group were meant to look and feel the same way years from now.

Features in the homes include: smartphone controlled heating, cooling and home security, surround sound throughout the property, a fire pit and outdoor furnishing, as well as heated floors.

“This is state of the art technology. They have taken aging into consideration,” he said. The turn-key properties come with a car key, for a hybrid Porsche worth roughly $100,000.

And for those who’d rather not have the hybrid, the $100,000 is yours to choose whichever Porsche you’d rather see in your new driveway.

The three fully-detached residences are located at 182, 184 and 186 York Mills Road in Toronto.
