A massive international food show is coming to Montreal
If you’re a foodie, chef, or a food industry professional, this event is for you.
The SIAL Canada International Food Show will be held in Montreal from May 2 to 4, 2018, at Palais des Congrès.
“With its return to Montreal, SIAL Canada is proud to position itself as the only show in Canada to have adapted to shifting industry trends and the evolution of consumers’ needs,” said SIAL in a release.
This year, SIAL will honour the cuisine and flavours of Spain.
“Over the last several years, economic ties between Spain and Canada have considerably increased, and demonstrate a tremendous growth potential between the two countries. The two economies possess natural synergies in a number of sectors, including agri-food,” said SIAL.
Nearly 1,000 exhibitors representing over 50 countries will be in attendance, showcasing the best of the food industry. There will be demonstrations, workshops, and of course food and drink on site for you to try!
