Could it be any dreamier?

Montreal’s favourite hockey player, and former Montreal Canadiens defenseman, P.K. Subban has put his downtown condo on the market.

Reportedly selling for $1.4 million, the 1,887-square-foot condo is located just steps from the Bell Centre on Sherbrooke Street West.

As you would expect, P.K. Subban’s pad is not your typical Montreal condo. Equipped with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, hardwood floors, marble countertops, and a giant walk-in closet, Subban’s condo is the definition of luxury.

The unit also comes with a parking spot in the building’s heated garage and a storage locker.

It is said that the condo’s annual fees come in at $22,572.
