Photos of Justin Trudeau at Montreal's Greek Indepenedence Day parade
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau participated in Montreal’s annual Greek Independence Day parade yesterday, a tradition that has taken place for over 40 years.
Alongside hundreds of local Montrealers from the Greek community, Trudeau marched through the streets of Parc-Ex.
Trudeau has attended the parade in the past, but this year he had the honour of being named Grand Marshal. As such, the Prime Minister donned a blue sash and waved at the crowds as he walked by. He later tweeted the following:
