The Old Port of Montreal is unveiling plans for a major tourism site today

Changes are coming to Old Port!

After consulting with members of the public as well as experts in the field, the Old Port of Montreal Corporation Inc. will be unveiling its initial Master Plan, entitled Old Port of Tomorrow, this afternoon.

The plan will propose a major revitalization of Old Port and its recreational tourism site.

Montrealers are invited to learn about the plans and explore the impressive 3D model today in the Montreal Science Centre. 

Basil Cavis, Vice-President of Old Port of Montréal, M. Aldo Sylvestre, Senior Director of Real Estate, and Ms. Renée Daoust, Principal Architect and Urbanist at Daoust Lestage Agency, will all be on-site to answer questions.

Further public consultations will take place on June 12 at 6:30 pm, and from June 15-17 from 12 pm until 8 pm. Get involved in your community and voice your opinions on this massive city project!

We can’t wait to see what’s in store for Montreal’s most historic neighbourhood!
