Check out 9 Caesars you have to try in Montreal!

Arthurs Nosh Bar

This Eastern European-style restaurant is quickly becoming one of the most popular spots in Saint-Henri, and once you see their brunch menu you’ll understand why. While the challah French toast and shakshouka are nothing short of delicious, you’ll most certainly want to wash down your meal with their famous Arthurs Caesar! Adorned with a pickle and a fresh lemon slice, this classic drink is the perfect thirst-quencher.

This Montreal-based bar specializing in Canadian fare has become quite famous in recent years for its insane Bloody Caesar. Not only do they make a darn good version of the Canadian drink, but they top it with anything from full onion rings and fries, to mini grilled cheese sandwiches and cheeseburgers. It’s kind of like a drink and a meal all in one!

Old Port is where you’ll find this gourmet restaurant which happens to serve up a pretty incredible Caesar! Thicker and spicier than most, Garde Manger’s Caesar includes Montreal steak spice roasted in house, not to mention a crab leg on top owing to the restaurant’s love of seafood!

Hachoir

While Hachoir’s Caesars are as delicious as can be, there’s one other aspect to them that we love: they are served in a boot-shaped glass. So if you want to feel like you’re at a Canadian Oktoberfest, head on over to this Plateau resto ASAP.

SuWu

Though SuWu’s menu is always changing there is one item that remains: the Caesar. Their popular Ceasars are the perfect accompaniment to their scrumptious brunch menu which is filled with everything from peanut butter and jelly donuts to shakshouka.

La Champagnerie

La Champagnerie’s Caesars are simply out of this world. Their specialty creations vary and come with an array of different toppings, but in the past, they have included coriander, cucumber, fish sauce, tortilla chips, salmon tartare, wagyu beef sashimi, salmon sashimi, grilled octopus, and scallops. Bar Brutus

Calling all carnivores! Bar Brutus is known for adding bacon to nearly everything. Thus, it’s no surprise that bacon is an ingredient in their thirst-quenching Caesar. Their version of the drink is as classic as can be, except for the grilled bacon skewer that sits atop it (you wouldn’t believe how well bacon goes with the tomato-based drink).
Where: 1290 Rue Beaubien E

Les Enfants Terrible

Les Enfants Terrible provides a twist on the traditional drink which they call the Brazilian Bloody Caesar. Made with fresh chilies, steak spice, a homemade Caesar mix, and a Brazilian spirit called Cachaca, you’ve never tasted a Caesar like this! Plus, it’s finished off with a jumbo shrimp or oyster on top.
