A Montreal rain alert has been issued.
In true springtime fashion, Montreal is going to be hit with plenty of rain this week.
According to The Weather Network, amounts could be upwards of 50mm between Monday, May 1 and Sunday, May 7.
The rain began yesterday and carried into today, with Monday predicted to receive between 15 and 20mm in total. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are without rain for the most part, however, heavy rain will return on Friday, when Montreal will see up to 20mm.
Unfortunately, the wet weather continues into the weekend with another 2-4mm arriving Saturday and 5-10mm on Sunday.
Temperatures will remain in the low teens throughout the week.
