Montreal is one of the top New Year's Eve destinations in the world
It looks like a lot of travellers want to spend their New Year’s Eve in Montreal this December 31.
According to travel company KAYAK, Montreal places ninth of the list of the world’s top 10 New Year’s Eve travel destinations.
KAYAK collects data on flight searches between December 26, 2017, and January 3, 2018, and bases its trending New Year’s Eve destination list on places that see the greatest increase in bookings during this time period.
Montreal is the perfect place to spend the countdown to 2018. New Year’s Eve plans this year include a massive outdoor party with, DJs, live entertainment, food and drinks.
The Jacques Cartier Bridge will also light up to the music of a live soundtrack and when the clock strikes midnight, an amazing fireworks show will begin. It’s going to be a spectacle that you don’t want to miss!
