You can get fresh street-side paella on Saint Laurent right now

Boulevard Saint Laurent knows how to jump start the summer.

With Mural Fest in full swing, Grill Saint Laurent isn’t the only food festival dishing out some tasty eats right now.

Montreal-based chef Luis “Tigretón” Leon, of Libreria Española restaurant, is hosting a paella street-side option this week in conjunction with Mural Fest.

Originally from Catalonia, Tigretón has brought his culinary skills to Saint Laurent.

Set up along the street in a tiny tent, Tigretón and Liberia Española cook mussels and black rice, shrimp, chicken, and chorizo paella in a giant wok, right in front of Mural Fest’s hundreds of daily visitors.

The paella street-side grill will be en fuego all week and gives Mural Fest’s final week some serious taste to go along with its beautiful sights.
