An adult daycare called iChild is opening in Montreal this week.
The program does not allow any computers or cellphones so adults can fully immerse themselves in the curriculum.
Adults enlisted at iChild will adhere to a daily schedule, which is broken down like this:
Arts and crafts
Activities such as naptime are meant to remind you about the last time you took a nap during the day.
While other things on the schedule such as games are lead by teachers that know more than 100 different social and friendship games that will allow you to make a sculpture or even handcraft with paper.
But the main focus here seems to be on teamwork. iChild is all about enabling human socialization like we had in kindergarten. By doing this they hope to increase the effectiveness of cooperation between the participants and teach them to complete tasks as effectively as possible.
Is this the answer to blowing off some stress?
