Montreal brunch spot L'Avenue is opening shop in St.Henri

It’s official! L’Avenue, one of the city’s best and most hip restaurants, is opening up a second location in St. Henri.

After 22 years of running the iconic Mont Royal location, the geniuses behind this retro upscale diner are going to try out their luck in the fittingly trendy neighbourhood of St. Henri.

According to the press release, the menu at the new location will be the same as the original, meaning Montrealers have twice the chance to indulge in Nutella strawberry pancake stacks and crab cake eggs benedict.

As with the original, we imagine there be long lineups (which we all know is totally worth it).

The restaurant is set to open in spring 2017 and will have 75 seats (that will surely be filled every weekend).
