If you’re from Westmount or NDG, you’ve probably heard of Nextdoor Pub’s Sunday deals.
They offer $25 unlimited caesars and bottomless mimosas in the afternoon and 29 cent chicken wings at night, every Sunday.
As expected, the quaint little basement bar is always packed and there’s a constant Sunday lineup.
Since the building had no options for expansion, they’ve opened up a sister location a block away.
After weeks of soft opening, the Garrison House Pub is now open to the public.

The Garrison House Pub operates under the same ownership as Nextdoor Pub and fancies themselves as a cocktail bar.
They literally fancy themselves:
The pub offers a variety of both local and imported draught and bottled beer and their menu includes an array of cocktails. Like Nextdoor Pub, Garrison House specializes in bourbon-based cocktails, signature martinis, and whiskey drinks.
Their kitchen won’t be open until October but the pub allows outside food from any outlet, besides Nextdoor Pub is almost literally… next door.
Garrison House Pub’s decor is elegant-casual. They offset their centrepiece chandeliers with an exposed brick bar, hanging plants, a barn wood southern wall, and an industrial-style ceiling.
Garrison House Pub also has a 15-person terrace which extends on Sherbrooke street, constantly buzzing with Westmount and NDG foot traffic.
The pub is located in the same building as the old Liquid Lounge Bar and is very spacious and homey.
