You can get FREE McDonald's fries in Montreal today

Canadiens fans should head over to McDonald’s because they can get free fries today!

For the 2017-2018 season, McDonald’s is doling out FREE medium-sized fries every time the Canadiens score the first goal of the game.

Redeemable between 11 am and 4 pm the day following the game of the McGoal, customers need only place the order on the My McD’s app to get the free fries from any of the chain’s fast food outlets in Quebec.

Per the FAQ portion of the website for the McGoal promotion:

Until when is the promotion on?
From October 5, 2017, until the end of the 2018 NHL Playoffs.

Do I have to buy something else in order to receive my free order of fries?
No purchase required. Excludes any meals, pairings or other offers.
