A couture fashion show is happening in Place des Arts next week

The highly anticipated fashion event of the season, Fashion Preview #7, is taking place for three full days next week.
Beginning March 27th and ending March 29th, Fashion Preview #7 will see over 30 Montreal fashion designers showcasing their Fall/Winter 2017/18 collections on a northern, boreal-themed runway.
The city’s up and coming fashion stars will be the talk of the event, and will be represented by students from LaSalle College, the Ecole de mode du Cégep Marie-Victorin, and the Ecole supérieure de mode of ESG-UQAM.
Themed runway shows are scheduled for each evening of the event. The doors will open each night at 5:45pm, with the show beginning promptly at 6:15pm.
In addition to the runway shows, there promises to be pop-up installations showcasing new technologies, accessories, and beauty tools, as well as educational conferences hosted by leading experts in the Montreal fashion industry.
Fashion Preview #7 is being hosted by Mode Avant-Première, “a non-profit organization whose goal is to enhance the visibility of Montreal’s fashion designers to medias as well as to attract fashion buyers.”
The event will take place at the Agora Hydro-Québec (UQAM grounds).
