Restaurant Europea serves up some of the most inventive French food in the city, but that’s not all. Known for chef Jerome Ferrer’s unique tasting plates, the latest addition to the Europea menu is none other than a candy tree.

Called “L’arbre a sucreries de Sainte Culpabilite,” this insane dessert option is what dreams are made of.

Despite the fancy name, this sweet option is essentially a cotton candy tree. Perfectly pink cotton candy makes up the bulk of the tree, with homemade chocolates and caramels hanging from the branches.

To further make this the candy dessert of your dreams, the base of the tree is a platter covered in cookies, brownies, marshmallows, and French macarons.

Restaurant Europea’s candy tree can be ordered as part of their signature 12-course tasting menu or as its own separate as a dessert.
